Now this person is working on an Oil Rig, working for Shell. He had been talking to a woman for quite a long time when something went wrong on the Oil Rig and he needed a new part on his oil rig to replace some valve or other. Thing is... the part had been seized by Border Patrol and they wouldn't let it get to him !!
The customs duty is The custom duty is $3,820 and so would the woman kindly pay it and when scammer came back he would repay with interest !
Now.... lives are at risk, they need that part. If she could just tootle on down to Western Union and send the money to
