Learn to Google Image Search... because you would learn very quickly that his person is so very well know. Real name is Jeff Miller and he been abused for years in Romance Scamming.
This scammer is saying he is a General. Pretty quickly you will feel you are having a real 'relationship' with him... he will ask for 'intimate' pictures.
This isn't because your scammer is interested in you.. it is because he can then use them for blackmail later if you do not pay....
Although the threaten to 'spread all over the internet' your pictures.. they don't. But it is usually enough to get you to pay.
HAVE MORE RESPECT FOR YOURSELF AND IF A MAN ASKS YOU TO DO THIS.. SAY NO.. HE IS ON THE OTHER END OF A COMPUTER OR PHONE, HE CAN FORCE YOU TO DO NOTHING.
This is a cruel and horrible scammer. He first asks for $200 to activate his phone.
There are two men on this profile, I think the scammers just think it's the same man. It isn't
