There are three Claims Agents listed on this website. 

1. Crystal Taylor .. who is in fact Nicole Galloway, Missouri State Auditor

2.  Bruce Wilkerson..... who is in fact Mitchell Overmeyer, Century 21 Sales Associate

I can't find the third on Google Image search.. but finding two is enough to prove they are all fake. (Which of course was never in doubt).
