As you can see the English is very poor. There is no way an intelligent 'Nurse' in the U.S. Air Force would write like this.
The 'finding a box of money' is a very VERY common scam story...
SHE IS FAKE... IF YOU GET ANYTHING LIKE THIS... UNFRIEND AND DELETE.
YOU WON'T GET THE BOX... OR THE NURSE, YOU'LL JUST GET AN EMPTY BANK BALANCE AS THE COSTS OF ACCEPTING THESE BOXES IS SEVERAL THOUSANDS OF YOUR CURRENCY.... OF COURSE, IT'S ALL FAKE SO YOU GET NOTHING.
